In a sacred circle of safety and sisterhood, this powerful session invites you to speak from the heart and be truly heard. Using the traditional talking stick, you’ll explore the love, compassion, and validation you may have forgotten you deserve. Through shared stories and deep listening, you’ll remember that your voice matters—and so does your healing.

Worthy Body, Worthy Breath Yoga

This gentle, intentional yoga practice invites you to move in harmony with your breath and honor the body you’re in—exactly as it is. Through mindful movement and self-compassion, you’ll reconnect with your inner strength, release tension, and celebrate the worthiness of your every breath and every curve. No perfection—just presence.

The Sound of Stillness Sound Bath

Let the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing tones wash over you in this immersive sound bath experience. As you lie back and surrender to the sound, your nervous system softens, your thoughts quiet, and a deep inner stillness emerges. This is your moment to rest, receive, and realign.

How to get there

Camp Koinonia is located south of Boissevain, just before Lake Adam. Turn right at sign Rd 6 N and follow the gravel road to the end and park (approx 5 km) in the parking lot. Find your way to the main lodge and we will get you checked in and settled.

If you enter Camp Koinonia in Google Maps it will also give you directions

Retreat Date and Time

Retreat begins Friday, October 3rd, 2025 with check in taking place between 6:00-7:00. Workshops will take place all day Saturday and Sunday morning. Checkout will be on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 at 12:00.

9:00:  If weather permits we will do a fire outside and think about what we would like to leave behind this weekend, creating our Fuck It list. If weather does not co-operate we will do it inside.
