Friday night is all about relaxing, laughing, connecting, and easing into the weekend together in a casual and welcoming atmosphere. Before the deeper work begins, we create space for fun, conversation, and genuine connection.
Under the glow of the fire, we’ll take part in one of the most freeing experiences of the weekend — creating your “Fuck It List.”
This is your chance to release the pressure, expectations, self-doubt, guilt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, old stories, and emotional weight you’re tired of carrying.
Write it down.
Own it.
Burn it.
There’s something incredibly powerful about watching what no longer serves you turn to ash while surrounded by women who understand the weight of carrying too much for too long.
This experience is raw, empowering, emotional, freeing… and often one of the most unforgettable moments of the retreat.
Yin Yoga led by Kristen Vidomski
This gentle, grounding practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and soften both body and mind. Unlike fast-paced yoga styles, Yin Yoga focuses on stillness, long-held stretches, and nervous system regulation — creating space to release tension, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with yourself.
As we settle into each pose, the body begins to let go of what it’s been gripping onto physically and emotionally. It’s not about performance or flexibility… it’s about permission to pause.
This calming morning practice creates the perfect foundation for the deeper reflection and inner work of the day ahead.
So many women move through life carrying invisible weight — expectations, pressure, perfectionism, emotional responsibility, self-doubt, people-pleasing, survival roles, and the belief that they always have to hold it all together.
This reflective and empowering workshop invites you to gently explore the burdens you were never meant to carry forever.
Through guided reflection, meaningful discussion, and inner exploration, you’ll begin uncovering the roles, patterns, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck in exhaustion, overwhelm, or disconnection from yourself.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about reconnecting with the woman underneath the weight.
Together, we’ll begin exploring what it could feel like to move through life with greater softness, authenticity, freedom, and self-trust.
After a morning of movement, reflection, and inner exploration, we’ll move into a gentle period of intentional silence — an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and simply be with yourself without distraction or expectation.
This is not about isolation or strict rules. It’s about creating space.

During this quiet integration period, you’ll be invited to enjoy lunch mindfully and spend time however feels most nourishing to you — journaling with guided prompts, taking a peaceful nature walk, resting quietly, visiting the DIY self-care station, or simply allowing yourself to pause without needing to perform, respond, or care for anyone else.
Often, it’s within the quiet moments that the deepest insights begin to surface.

SoulCollage® is a deeply intuitive and transformational process that invites you to explore your inner world through images, creativity, and personal symbolism.
Using a variety of images and materials, you’ll create small collage cards that often speak to parts of yourself before your conscious mind fully understands why certain images resonate. This experience is not about artistic skill or creating something “perfect.” It’s about curiosity, self-expression, reflection, and allowing your inner voice to emerge in a new way.
Following our silent integration period, this workshop creates an opportunity to gently express, explore, and connect with what may be unfolding beneath the surface in a creative and meaningful way.
Saturday evening is intentionally left open for you to simply be.
After a day of reflection, creativity, and inner work, this is your time to slow down and spend the evening however feels most nourishing to you. Curl up with a journal, enjoy meaningful conversation, laugh over games with new friends, take part in a DIY pedicure and self-care station, reflect quietly, or simply relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat.
There is no pressure to do, fix, achieve, or perform here.
Just space to exhale, unwind, connect, and enjoy the simple beauty of slowing down.

As our retreat weekend starts to wind down, you’ll be invited into a deeply calming and restorative sound bath experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and inner stillness.
Using crystal singing bowls and soothing sound frequencies, the body and mind are gently guided into a meditative state where stress begins to soften and the nervous system can fully exhale. Many people describe sound baths as feeling grounding, emotional, peaceful, restorative, or deeply calming.
This experience offers an opportunity to simply rest, receive, and allow the experiences of the weekend to settle into the body in a gentle and meaningful way.
There is nothing to “do” during a sound bath — simply get comfortable, breathe, listen, and allow yourself to be supported by sound.
We’ll gather together one final time for a meaningful closing circle and guided meditation — an opportunity to reflect on the weekend, honour what has shifted within you, and gently anchor the insights, softness, and self-connection you’ve cultivated throughout the retreat.
Together, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and ground into the woman you are becoming — not through pressure or perfection, but through greater awareness, self-compassion, and authenticity.
This final gathering is designed to leave you feeling connected, supported, lighter, and more deeply rooted in yourself as you move forward with greater intention, trust, and inner calm.
Camp Koinonia is located south of Boissevain, just before Lake Adam. Turn right at sign Rd 6 N and follow the gravel road to the end and park (approx 5 km) in the parking lot. Find your way to the main lodge and we will get you checked in and settled.

Retreat begins Friday, October 2nd, 2026 with check in taking place between 6:00-7:00. Workshops will take place all day Saturday and Sunday morning. Checkout will be on Sunday, October 4th, 2026 at 12:00.
